I’ve been invited to a presentation on reference desk tools at Mt. San Antonio College on Friday, April 17. The moderated panel presentation is sponsored by CARLDIG-South and I will be sharing the stage with Michelle Jacobs of UCLA and Amy Wallace of CSU Channel Islands.
If I remember to video or audio my talk, it will be posted after Friday. In the meantime, here are the slides for my presentation:

Here's the Reference Desk Student Learning Outcomes Collection tool.
Thank you, Kenley. This will be very useful. I'll take this back to Glendale folks. I'm sure they will appreciate this information. Thanks for a great presentation as well!
Thank you Susie. I had a lot of fun and it seemed that the audience appreciated the content.
It was great seeing you again yesterday and I am in awe of some of the kewl things you have going on at SBCC. What I haven't been able to find, however, is the video flipcamera you used. I went to Costco, then to Costco.com, but I'm unable to decipher which camera you used amongst all models available. Plus, none of them came with a tripod.
Would you please send me the brand/model info?
Thanks so much….until next time,
Carol
Hi Carol,
Thank you for the feedback. The camera I used is called a Flip and I have the MinoHD version.
